As a painter, she is interested in the concept of flawed sovereignty. She uses abstract textures, unconventional framing, and bright colors to confront how our unique views, memories, and perspectives shape the worlds we create for ourselves.

 

As a speaker, Ashley helps teams dismantle perfectionism and activate creative thinking. She explores the importance of fostering cultures that value creative collaboration. Her goal is to inspire others to move beyond the pursuit of finding the 'right answer' and instead embrace the fun, messiness, and authenticity of engaging in a creative practice.
